Times Square is one of New York City’s top attractions. There’s no better place to feel the excitement and the vibe of New York than right at Times Square. The neon lights, the billboards, the Broadway theaters and television studios all create an energy that hums and glows and draws a crowd at any time of day or night.

And, of course, if you like theatre, you shouldn’t miss the famous Broadway and Off-Broadway plays. With Tony Awards winning plays and musicals performed by famous Hollywood stars.

If you want a pleasant stroll to disconnect a bit from the hustle and bustle of New York, you can relax at Central Park. It’s the perfect place to run, play outdoor sports or just have a rest for a while and enjoy this oasis of nature in the heart of New York City.  And of course, there are some major attractions such as a zoo, playgrounds for children, a carousel, two ice skating rinks, glaciated rock outcroppings, carriage horses, pedicabs and a Swedish marionette theatre.

Manhattan is renowned for its impressive architecture, and two of its most famous landmarks are the Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge. Nowadays the Empire State Building, located on 5th avenue, is the tallest skyscraper in New York City and it was the world’s tallest for over 40 years.

The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the first suspension bridges built in the United States and the first made with steel wire. Since its completion in 1883 it has been one of New York City’s most famous landmarks.  But perhaps the most meaningful and enduring images of the United States is the Statue of Liberty, a gift to the United States from France, and the first sight of their new home and dreamed-of freedom for scores of immigrants from all over the world.

When you visit New York City it’s imperative to enjoy its nightlife. New York is the city that never sleeps, and has some of the most popular bars and clubs of the world.
