1- What do I need to check in?
National photo ID, such as passport, driver's license.
2- Check-in & Check-out:
The hostel is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Check out time is at 10:00 am and Check in time is at 2:00pm. Late check out available for extra cost (subject to availability).
FREE luggage room service on arrival and departure date before check in and check out time.
3- Booking process:
*Online bookings: Go to "book now" menu at the home page, choose your city and hotel, then follow instructions on the screen. The booking software will automatically send you your booking reference and an email with all your booking details.
*By email / form: if you prefer, you can always send us an email for special booking requests... You'll find all information in "Contact us", or fulfill the form you will find at the bottom of the page at the booking screen of each hotel.
4- Is there any booking fee?
Yes, a 5 % deposit will be charged (with a minimum of 1,5 €).

We have a policy of a 15 nights’ maximum stay.
7- Are sheets included?
Yes. Towels are only included in twin and double rooms but can be rented at a cost.
8- Is breakfast included?
Yes, a continental breakfast is served for free every morning.
9- Is there Internet access?
FREE Wi-Fi in rooms and communal areas. Desktop computers available.
10.- Is there a laundry service?
There are coin operated washing machines and dryers at an extra cost.
11- Is there a car park?
No, but there is a parking close by.
12- How do I get there?
All information on how to find us is included on the website (‘Getting there’ section).
13- Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew
14- Is there any type of food available?
We provide continental breakfast. We also have a guests’ kitchen and fridges for your own use and some snacks available for sale.
Self-catering kitchen is open every day from 12.00 pm until midnight. The kitchen is used to serve breakfast in the mornings and, therefore, cannot be used by guests during this time.
15- Are the rooms unisex?
Our dorms are mixed but we have some female only rooms that can be booked online. Communal bathrooms in corridors are single sex.
16- Payment methods
We take cash and credit cards. We don't accept traveller's cheques or American Express
17- Do you have weekly rates?
No, we do not have weekly or monthly rates.
18- Who can stay in our hostels?
Our hostels are independent, and it's not necessary to be a member of any organisation, and you don't need to show any hostel card to use our services. There are no age limits, you only must have a young spirit.
19- is there a safe in the room?
No, but each bed has a locker. You can bring your own padlock or buy one at the reception.
20- can I stay if I am under 18 years old?
Guests under 18 years old can only be booked in private rooms and must be accompanied by an adult. If the adult is not the legal tutor of the minor a paternal authorization will be requested.
21.- Can I smoke in the hostel?
All of our hostels are strictly, non-smoking.
22.-Can I bring alcohol into the hostel?
No, you cannot. Note that you will be fined 50 € if you bring it in and the alcohol will be confiscated until your departure.
23.- Is the hostel safe and secure?
Our hostels are safe and secure. The reception is manned 24/7. To access the front entrance throughout the day, you need to show your security pass. Key-cards are only created for guests currently staying in the hostel and are locked to the room you have been assigned. CCTV cameras are in operation in all communal areas and corridors.
24.-Is there a bar in the building?
Yes, bar is open all day. Drinks and snacks available. Alcoholic drinks only served until 11pm.
