Change to bookings/cancellation policy:
If a guest wishes to change his/her booking or any details of it, they are required to contact your hostel directly. He/She can make these changes/cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. The guest will then keep the email which was sent to your hostel at least until 7 days after the arrival date as proof of the cancellation.
In case of no shows:
In case of a no show you have the right to charge the 1st night of the booking.
Befire you do so you must contact the guest for a copy of the cancellation email. If, within 7 days, the guest has not sent proof of having cancelled the booking 24 hours prior to arrival, you can then charge the 1st night of the booking.
