Buckingham Palace is the official London residence of the British Royal Family since 1837. The palace is frequently used in official visits and ceremonies but Buckingham Palace is open to the public for 8 weeks each year in the summer. Our London Hostel it’s pretty close to the Palace so you can get there any time you want.

Hyde Park is one of the largest parks in London and it’s really close to Equity Point London Hostel. If you want to have pleasant times enjoying its magnificent gardens you just have a ten minute walk from the Hostel.
Hyde Park is divided by the Serpentine River –actually it’s a lake- in two big parts. Serpentine takes its name of its snaky curves. In the lake there are ducks and swans but you can rent a boat and sometimes boat races are performed. But the most astonishing characteristic of Serpentine is that there’s a separate portion of the lake called Lansbury’s Lido, that it’s open in the summer as a swimming area. If you travel to London and love modern art it’s pretty obvious you should pay a visit to Tate Modern Museum in London. If you want to get there from our Equity Point London Hostel you only need a short underground ride.
The permanent collection of Tate Modern is one of the most complete in Contemporary Art. It includes famous pieces from Picasso, Warhol Dalí, Monet, Bacon, Kandinski, Mondrain, Braque, Matisse, Lichtenstein, Duchamp… Walking through Tate Modern is like experiencing all the history of contemporary Art in a morning. Completely astonishing.
