Public Transportation in Barcelona is easy, safe and usually runs until late. For Tickets, prices and further information about public transport, please check the following website:

You can reach all stops inside the city limits with tickets of zone 1 Tickets are valid for bus, subway and transfers are allowed. The cost for a single is 1.20€. A ten travel pass is 6.65€. So it makes sense to buy a ten travel pass if you are planning three or more journeys a day. Make sure that you validate (stamp) the ticket before you get on the train!

METRO
We recommend to use the METRO (Tube/Underground/Subway):
Look for the inside the train station

In the Train station Look for the M sign (red M on a white square). Get on subway to "Verdaguer" L5 (blue line), direction "Horta" for 4 stops. Get off the train and make a change line, get on the subway to “Jaume I” L4 (yellow line), direction “Trinitat Nova” for 4 stops. Get off the train and follow the signs to the exit "Argenteria" . The hostel is just 50m away, now walk down Argenteria street and the first street at your left is Vigatans, just after a bank called La Caixa, here we are  BENVINGUTSSS!!! Costs 1.20€ per person (you can get a ticket in the station).  

BY BUS

The bus line 54 goes from the corner Berlin street and  Numancia street to Gran via street. In Gran Via you need to change to bus line 45  and Stop at Plaça del Angel, then just cross Via Laietana street and walk in Argenteria street, the first street at your left is Vigatans, just after the bank called La Caixa,  BENVINGUTS to Gothic Point Hostel.
Costs 1.20€ per person (you can get a ticket from the driver).

BY TAXI

Late at night the Taxi is the easiest choice and you will ask the driver to take you to Vigatans street number 5. The taxi service in Barcelona is safe and usually easy to find.

2.- From Barcelona Prat Airport (The Main Airport)

BY BUS 

In front of the airport building there is a stop for the express bus line called AEROBUS. Take the bus and stop at "Plaza de Catalunya". Walk to the Portal del Angel street and get on the bus line 17 and Stop in “Plaza del Angel" then just cross Via Laietana street and walk in Argenteria street, the first street at your left is Vigatans, just after the bank called La Caixa,  BENVINGUTS to Gothic Point Hostel.

3.- From Estacion del Norte (The Main Bus Station)

Take the underground L1 for one stop direction ”Hospital de Belvitge”make a change in “Urquinaona” and get on L4 direction  “La Pau” and after one stop get off in “Jaume I” . Follow the signs and take the exit  “Argenteria”, just cross Via Laietana and walk in Argenteria street, the first street at your left is Vigatans, just after the bank called La Caixa,  BENVINGUTS to Gothic Point Hostel.

4.- From Girona Airport (Ryanair airport)

Take the shuttle bus Take the bus to "Barcelona estación del Norte". Take the underground L1 for one stop direction ”Hospital de Belvitge”make a change in “Urquinaona” and get on  L4 direction  “La Pau” and after one stop get off in “Jaume I” . Follow the signs and take the exit  “Argenteria”, just cross Via Laietana and walk in Argenteria street, the first street at your left is Vigatans, just after the bank called La Caixa,  BENVINGUTS to Gothic Point Hostel.
